I was diagnosed in 2005 when I was pregnate. 2006 surgery, 2012 cyberknife. I get sandostatin every 3 wks. In 2017 I started having tics. It started out with just a sudden intake of breath. Now it has turned into a sudden intake of breath and a head jerk. I don't know if this is apart of acromegali or something else. Has anyone else have these types of neorogogical symptoms?

I am happy to hear that you were properly diagnosed. Not all of us have been so lucky while being mistreated and misdiagnosed too while we were constant being gossiped about during, "The Troubles." Now every time we go to walk in clinic only to get a note from a doctor as proof that we are too sick for going to work or for taking a test at school it is for us feeling like a scary ordeal long after that period in history was over. For example having old jaw injuries to cope when experiencing TMJ is not the same thing as having Acromegaly or worse. After going through hell for over a decade and a half NOT all only temporary benign pituitary tumors which affected some blood tests as result [when that sort of thing got added to our medical history files] excreted human growth hormone. Not all changes in our shoe size length is due to the bones in our feet growing thicker. Our sons concieved during more than one marriage after for one or more their unborn world was called a 'geriatric' one(s) are not all going to be reaching the same height and not all sons of men turn out to be the same height as their father who is shorter than his wife. Try and tell all of those facts of life to the odd family doctor around who is working in a college walk in clinic during only short visit to them while feeling sick while people from more than one generation in your family have already attended school there and well then good luck with that.

I hate it when people say “You’re not alone.” Because I really am! My life is falling apart around me and I can’t do anything but pray. Which I have been for 2 years. My prayers are unanswered and I am unwanted. I can’t find a video that even helps.

This felt like a real waste of time. Any parent who is paying attention knows that it’s not a good idea for teens to be using electronics right up until bedtime. The ultimate solution offered is that since it’s hard for parents to do set limits with their teens, they should hire the speaker. Felt like more of a sales pitch than an effort at education.

I have been seeing doctors for years trying to find what’s wrong. I was dx a few weeks ago. I’m having surgery in a couple of weeks. They are talking about doing upper jaw surgery at the same time. I’m in Shreveport.

Pain in the right shoulder joint when I swim . When I twist or do rotational movements, the shoulder crunches.( there is scoliosis of the 1st degree, the left shoulder is higher than the right )

I also experienced *sleep paralysis* 2 times in my life. Basically when you're dreaming you think that the dream is reality but in *sleep paralysis* you become conscious that you're in a dream but you can't escape it & get trapped for *hours* even if you jerk off your whole body really hard. So I never felt any creepy *GHOST* / *DEMONIC* presence. I was even trapped in good n bad dreams both were laws of physics don't make sense you fly around like a super human.
